In this regard, His Excellency Secretary-General of the United Nations, Mr. Antonio Guterres, is scheduled to visit the sacred birthplace of Lord Gautam Buddha in Lumbini as part of his visit. The Lumbini Master Plan area, including Gates No. 4, 5, and Mundan Gate, will remain closed to the general public from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM on October 31, 2023.
