We are deeply saddened by the news of untimely demise of Minister of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation and Chairman of Lumbini Development Trust Rabindra Adhikari and other five fellow passengers in the helicopter accident. Minister Adhikari was very dynamic and visionary leader in whose leadership implementation of Lumbini Master Plan was speeding up towards completion. Words cannot express our sorrow. Our collective hearts are heavy with sympathy to all in the moment of such a devastating loss. May almighty Lord Buddha provide bereaved family members, friends and relatives strength to bear such desolation! May the departed souls be liberated!
