Lumbini: Eminent Jain Monk Dr. Manibhadra Muni Visited Lumbini on February 26, 2022. The monk has walked more than 70 thousand kilometers of distance on foot. He has covered almost all pilgrimage sites of Nepal and India. He is also a writer and preacher of Jainism.   

The monk paid homage to the birthplace of the Buddha in the Mayadevi Temple. And visited different monasteries of Lumbini Monastic Zone. The monk has also plan to visited Buddhist sites in Kapilavastu.

Information Chief Dr. Hari Rai and Information Officer Rajan Basnet welcomed and briefed the monk about Lumbini.
