Acting Chief justice Rt. Hon. Hari Krishna Karki visited Lumbini on February 21. The Act. Chief Justice was accompanied by Justice Hon. Praksah Singh Raut.  The Act. Chief Justice and delegates were welcomed by Lumbini Development Trust in the lead of Member Secretary Sanuraja Shakya.

The delegation of the Act. Chief Justice Karki visited Mayadevi Temple where they paid homage to holy birthplace of the Buddha. The delegation also observed ancient monuments associated with the birth of the Buddha in the vicinity of the Mayadevi Temple.

The guests also visited Eternal Peace Flame and witnessed some international Buddhist monasteries in the monastic zone of Lumbini.
